@Kris, I love Wayfair. I can’t count how many times I’ve ordered from them with quick delivery and great customer service.

Once, one of the bowls was chipped. I called, sent them a picture and they sent me a new set. Told me to keep the first set. If you can, give them another chance?

Absolutely true and if you want to return even if unopened they will charge you an amount equal to about what you paid, I bought something for 150, they said it would be 75.00 to ship back so they would refund 75.00. It takes forever for them to deliver and customer service could never tell me anything and yes they do sell items that were returned I have a desk in my living room now that from box I can tell it was rewrapped and of course a long scratch across top of wood. It’s way to late to return but they would probably charge me a 100.00 to return it anyways. They prey on people who are already having money problems so they don’t care about their customers.
